| Homebuyer Education is the first step towards successfully owning your own home and building equity for your financial future. This educational series is entitled First Wednesdays.
Coldwell Banker Park Avenue Realty has designed a series of workshops and seminars to be presented on the First Wednesday of each month. These sessions will be held for the entire year . Each session will run fro 7:00pm to 8:30pm and will feature professionals from all aspects of the Real Estate transaction from mortgage prequalification to moving into your new home. Each session will feature the opportunity to begin a credit counseling program, become immediately pre-approved for a mortgage and each session will feature properties available for immediate sale or rent to own.
Our goal is to help all who are desirous of home-ownership or investing in Real Estate and educate the consumer during every step of the home buying process.

SAO fosters athletes to proactively approach the scholarship process, to develop life skills for future success, and to be both scholars and humanitarians. SAO was founded by a parent, to assist other parents to guide student-athletes to reach their academic and athletic goals.
