THIS WEEK'S MOTIVATIONAL MESSAGE
How to Create Powerful Intentions
By: Natasha Haughton-Allrich, Co-Founder of Vision Manifest.com

Natasha Haughton, Co-Founder of Vision Manifest.comThere are 86,400 seconds in a 24 hour day. There will be no day, no moment ever like this day again. Today, this moment, is unique and like no other. How will you make the most of your day? Simply, ask yourself what your intention is for today.

Intention pulls your subconscious and conscious mind into a realm of strategic planning and action. Intention gears you up to focus on how you will manifest that which you place in your psyche to do. Rather than setting lofty goals or writing random to-do lists, why not “intend to spend your time more wisely”? Here are a few tips that will save you lots of time and allow you to be accomplished throughout the rest of your week:

1. Start out strong. Spend the first hour, or even 30 minutes of your day meditating, journaling, and envisioning how things will prosper for you this week.

2. Put it in writing. Write down your intentions and place them in an area where you will look at it throughout the day.

3. Develop an A, B, and C category. What is your absolute first priority? Consider what has to have your full attention and be worked on now. Place those things in your category A. Use the B category as the next step once A is completed. Lastly, use C as the overflow towards the end of the week after A and B sections are complete.

4. Reach out for help. Consider delegating some of your tasks to others who can assist you.

5. Plan your time. Designate certain times during the day to check your email. Many people fall victim to the dependency and need to check and recheck their inbox. Key: If it is a state of emergency, they will call you.

Remember, your time is precious and your intentions are more powerful than setting goals. Have the intention to have the best week ever and set your tasks based on what will allow that to manifest.

You can email me at services@visionmanifest.com and let me know what intentions you will create for yourself this week and what tip(s) you will use to accomplish it.
