This event showed the power of unity with multiple organizations coming together to drew a crowd of 500+ attendees that enjoyed an evening of networking, food and let's not forget dancing.
The May 2006 BLACKNJ Professional Mixer brought a packed house to Crossroad Theater, it was our debut event in New Brunswick, and it looks like everyone had a great time!

In celebration of the our new website, we held the BLACKNJ.COM ReLaunch Celebration, a professional networking event and website demonstration all rolled up into one!

The BLACKNJ Sunday Brunch is a monthly traveling dining/networking event. The goal of our brunch series is to bring our community together to stimulate networking, present personal/professional development information and discuss relevant topics.
With 300 attendees, the BLACKNJ Easter Egg Hunt was a day of fun for all. Participanting children searched the Jersey Explorer Childrens Museum exhibits for over 1,000 Easter Eggs. Other activities included: face painting, arts & crafts and egg painting.
2 to 4 times a year, the BLACKNJ Marketing Department hosts a photo shoot with a local photographer to get photos for our website and marketing materials. Here is the Behind the Scenes shots/Out Takes from the photo shoot.

To help make the holiday season a little happier, we created the BLACKNJ Holiday Gift Drive to contribute gifts to less fortunate families. This year, we donated gifts to over 100 children of the Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Metro Newark.
